This is why we believe in a personalised service, where we prefer talking to you rather than emailing you and asking for your input rather than assuming what you want.


Providing regular updates: We all know only too well the feelings of frustration and stress when professionals we rely on do not let us know what is going. To avoid this, we operate a policy of updating you as soon as we get feedback from the Council we will contact you and will chase Council officers on your behalf where they are being unresponsive, and will keep you updated regarding the progress of our planning appraisal and drawings development also.

 

Giving options and professional insights: Where there are choices to be made, we will be happy to discuss with you the full range of options, with their benefits and drawbacks, including our recommendations, based on our professional experience, knowledge and expertise. As required by the RTPI code of conduct, we will listen to your needs and will not try to impose our personal opinions or tastes on your project, as we recognise that we are here to serve you to empower your project.

 

A guaranteed commitment to working to agreed timescales: As part of this commitment, where we are not dependent on the actions of external bodies (such as the Local Planning Authority or technical specialists), we can agree to a delivery timetable with you. Where we are responsible for failing to keep to these deadlines, we will financially compensate you for the inconvenience, as specified in our contract.
